02. Data We Collect and Finality
We collect only the data needed to provide our software development, IA automation and technical research services:
- Contact and Diagnosis Forms: Name, e-mail address, company and project details to respond to your queries and budget development.
- Technical Navigation Data: Anonymous IP address, browser type and basic interaction to ensure server stability and security.
03. Legal treatment
The legal basis for processing your data includes:
- Consent of the person concerned (art. 6.1.a, RGPD): When sending any web form or requesting information.
- Execution of contract or pre-contract (art. 6.1.b): For the provision of the required engineering and consultancy services.
- Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f RGPD): Ensure the laboratory's computer safety against unauthorized access.
04. Data Conservation
The personal data shall be kept for as long as the professional relationship with the User is maintained or their deletion is not requested. After the end of the relationship, the data shall be kept blocked during the legally required time limits (e.g. tax and billing obligations).
05. Cession to Third and International Transfers
EuskoLabs never sells or rents personal data to third parties. Data shall be provided only by legal obligation or to providers of safe storage services (located in the European Union) strictly necessary for the operation of the service.
06. Their Rights (ARCO-POL) and Claims
Any user has the right to exercise his or her powers recognized by the RGPD:
- Access: To know what personal data we're dealing with.
- Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Abolition (Right to forget): Request the removal of your data.
- Opposition and Limitation: Oppose or restrict treatment.
- Portability: Receive your data in common structured format.
